On a Saturday in April MEDEX PA students from the Spokane campus participated in a interprofessional simulation exercise on the WSU campus. Following emergency scenarios the MEDEX students went should-to-shoulder with WSU nursing, pharmacy, nutrition and exercise physiology students. The purpose of this exercise was to group the students into interprofessional teams to see how they work together during a mock emergency.
