Big Changes, Continued Reporting

The following is a timeline of key events regarding MEDEX Northwest’s ARC-PA assignment of Accreditation-Probation status during the second half of 2025. These months brought about many new developments, not the least of which were the search for and hiring of a new permanent Program Director, a voluntary decision to take a matriculation pause, and submission of the first report addressing citations from the December 2024 ARC-PA focused site visit.

  • Work underway for next two reports due:
    • October 2025: Addressing the remaining standards cited following the December 2024 site visit.
    • March 2026: modified Self-Study Report (mSSR), focusing on specific standards identified during the site visit. Report provides a space to describe the adjustments and additions made to program policies and processes over the past eight months and to demonstrate their early impact.
