The Family Medicine of SW Washington Sports Medicine Fellowship is located in Vancouver, WA. Directly across the Columbia River from Portland, OR, Vancouver–known affectionately by residents as “The Couve”– is the fourth largest city in Washington with a population of about 162,000. The Fellowship is based at Family Medicine of Southwest Washington (FMSW), a large free-standing and hospital-supported clinic near downtown Vancouver. PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is the sponsoring institution for both the Fellowship and the Family Medicine Residency. The Residency was established in 1995, and the Fellowship was established in 2015.
