We are looking for two (2) full-time BE/BC Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics trained physicians to open our first community based clinics in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors, dual-eligibles and special needs populations.
These two clinics represent a new care delivery model for Vancouver Clinic. Physicians lead a care team that provides multi-layered support to at-risk and medically underserved adults, 18-years and older. The care team includes a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a nurse practitioner and a nurse case manager. Our new clinics will have dedicated community space for health education.

Our practice is located in Vancouver, Washington, directly across the Columbia River from Portland. Nestled between the Cascade Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, the area offers many outdoor recreational opportunities.
