Requirements:
- Family Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (IM/Peds) board certified/eligible at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
