I am a third generation lifelong Alaskan, with a few jaunts to other places. I worked with nurses for 17 years for the UAA School of Nursing, then wandered across the hall to start working with PAs and MEDEX. My role is administrative lead / didactic program assistant of the MEDEX Anchorage campus. I assist students and faculty, provide Canvas support, proctor exams, process administrative forms, schedule rooms, and coordinate events. I’m into gardening and love hunting down the latest varieties of plants. You might see me towing my kids around in full costume at the Seward Mermaid festival, going on hikes with my bearded dragons, or camping on a beach somewhere in a hoodie and rain boots.
