Dr. Yair Maimon, OMD, PhD, Ac, is an internationally recognized leader in integrative and Chinese medicine, with over 35 years of experience in clinical practice, research, and education. He serves as President of the European TCM Association (ETCMA), Co-Chair of the Acupuncture Special Interest Group at the Society for Integrative Oncology (SIO), and is the founder and Dean of the TCM Academy of Integrative Medicine. Dr. Maimon has led more than 30 published studies on herbal medicine and acupuncture, contributing significantly to the development of botanical formulas for cancer care and immune support.
His leadership in integrative oncology includes directing research at Tel Aviv Medical Center and Sheba Medical Center, with his work presented at UNESCO and contributing to the WHO’s ICD-11 Traditional Medicine Chapter. Dr. Maimon is dedicated to bridging Eastern and Western medical practices, promoting a model that combines scientific evidence with traditional healing wisdom. He is also deeply committed to educating practitioners worldwide in integrative and acupuncture oncology, emphasizing evidence-based care, clinical excellence, and compassionate, patient-centered treatment.
