    Biography:
    Paula Kett, PhD, MPH, BSN, IBCLC is a nurse scientist with expertise in public health systems and perinatal health and has experience using both quantitative and qualitative methods to conduct equity- and systems-oriented research focused on the health workforce and addressing perinatal inequities. Dr. Kett has conducted and collaborated on mixed methods research focused on public health systems, public health nurses, the perinatal health workforce, and health inequities. Her commitment to practice- and policy-relevant research stems from her experience as a public health nurse, lactation consultant, and maternal health program manager. Dr. Kett completed her Master of Public Health and PhD in Nursing from the University of Washington.
