Washington State Long-Term Care Workforce Legislative Report


Abstract

This report came out of a collaboration between a team of UW CHWS investigators and the Washington State Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board focused on identifying which long-term care occupations have high turnover and long vacancies in the state. The report details findings and subsequent recommendations related to addressing turnover and minimizing vacancies.
