Description:

The demand for long-term care (LTC) services in Washington state is growing as the population ages, but recruiting and retaining workers to provide high-quality care remains a challenge. This study included quantitative and qualitative analyses of the LTC workforce in Washington state to inform staffing guidance and policy recommendations in the state.
