Biography:

Benjamin A. Stubbs, MPH, serves as Deputy Director of the Health Workforce Research Center for Allied Health at the University of Washington Center for Health Workforce Studies. He is also the Program Director of the Health Workforce Sentinel Network and Analytics Director for the Washington Oral Health Workforce Tracking Program. His work centers on leveraging both novel and existing data sources to inform evidence-based health workforce planning.

Mr. Stubbs has collaborated extensively with partners across government, education, and industry to examine the evolving roles of healthcare workers in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. He has presented his research to local, national, and international audiences, and his findings have been disseminated through reports and peer-reviewed publications. He is also committed to mentoring early-career researchers and has had the privilege of guiding many in their professional development.

Mr. Stubbs earned his Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Washington School of Public Health and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
