How Has the Pandemic Affected the Racial and Ethnic Diversity of the Health Workforce?
Description:
During the pandemic, Black and Latinx health care workers left health care jobs at a higher rate than health care workers of other races and ethnicities. This study will examine whether the racial and ethnic diversity of the health care workforce in high-skilled jobs (defined by education requirements) has been affected by these losses and whether new entrants are balancing out the losses.
