Finding a Career Path into the Clinical Laboratory Workforce
Description:
The clinical laboratory workforce is comprised of multiple high-demand occupations with a range of tasks and responsibilities, yet these opportunities are often not easily visible to those exploring health care careers. This study will survey clinical laboratory workers to learn about their career pathways, identify what facilitated entry to the field, and understand their motivations and any barriers to continuing a clinical laboratory career.
