Wrapping up the Year with CHWS Newsletter Cheer!

The CHWS team has had a very eventful year, with new hires and new collaborators across the university; new publications on topics such as medical assistant apprenticeship, incentives for allied health workers, physician assistants entering primary care, and behavioral health workforce demands; new funding from the Siemens Foundation, the American Occupational Therapy Association, and the National Institute of Mental Health in support of some exciting new studies. The team actively participated in conferences and meetings around the state, across the country (DC, Indiana, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania to name a few) and internationally (Canada and Switzerland). We recently launched ten new projects under our Health Workforce Research Centers funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration.
