Summary
Mounting evidence shows that different approaches to primary care based behavioral interventions are effective with specific mental health, substance and medical conditions. Despite evidence that several models of integration are efficacious, implementation and dissemination lags. Our research aims to address discovery and dissemination of evidence informed mental and behavioral health treatments in primary care to address mental and physical health conditions. This interdisciplinary work ties to collaborations across the university including the departments of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Epidemiology and Global Health.
