Brenda Mollis, MPH, MPA, MA is a Research Scientist in the Department of Family Medicine. She collaborates with investigators and community-based clinicians in all phases of research. She has expertise in practice-based research, program management, community outreach and recruitment, operational and strategic planning, and implementation research. Her previous work includes community engagement and practice-based research at the Institute of Translational Health Sciences, research on childhood pneumonia in Cambodia at PATH, and autism research at the UW Center on Human Development and Disability.

Current Projects
Brenda is the administrative lead for Data QUEST, a regional data sharing network, and the operational lead for 10 of 43 sites in a national clinical trial of integrated behavioral health. She works closely with the PNW Node of the Clinical Trials Network to expand substance use disorder research by facilitating work in community-based settings and developing and managing observational studies using EHR data from rural and underserved communities.
