The Six Building Blocks How-To Implementation Guide supports primary care clinics improve systems that support chronic pain care and opioid management.
The How-To Implementation Guide offers two potential approaches for engaging in this work, depending on an organization’s capacity and starting point. These approaches are described in the below table.
