Washington State’s Registered Nurse Workforce – 2018
Description:
The Washington Center for Nursing engaged the University of Washington Center for Health Workforce Studies to survey Washington’s registered nurses (RNs) in 2018 to provide up-to-date information about the state’s RN supply. The survey included questions from the Nursing Minimum Data Set (employment status, job characteristics, demographics, education, and credentials) as well as questions about satisfaction with their current nursing position, career plans, salary, and employment history. This study resulted in a full report that summarizes the findings from the Washington’s registered nurses survey. The full report can be found in the publications section of our website.
