Examining State Approaches to Supporting the Rural Health Workforce Under the Rural Health Transformation Program
Description:
This study will examine how states are using, or planning to use, funds from the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) to support rural health workforce development. The study will also examine how states engaged stakeholders to identify and prioritize workforce development investments under the RHTP. Findings from this study will provide insight into current approaches to rural workforce development and identify potential gaps, unmet needs, and opportunities for future health workforce development under RHTP.
