Disclosure of Off-Label Drug Use
Each presentation needs one statement about any discussion of off-label or investigational uses of drugs, devices and/or products mentioned in the presentation. (This doesn’t apply if you do not discuss any products; in that case, “just say no.”)

We are also archiving all Family Medicine Grand Rounds presentations. For now, that means posting a copy of your PowerPoint slide set on our Grand Rounds website. In the future, it may mean posting videos of the entire presentations. Please send us a copy of your PowerPoint slide set if you agree to have this archived.

Thank you very much and we look forward to your presentation. Please let us know if we can help you in any way!
