Biography

Kimberly Collins (she/her) is an associate professor in the UW Department of Family Medicine and an associate program director in the UW Family Medicine Residency Program. She cares for patients at the Northgate Clinic and on the Family Medicine inpatient service at the University of Washington Medical Center Northwest. She is involved in teaching family medicine residents in both the outpatient and inpatient settings and appreciates the new perspectives that teaching brings to her clinical work. Her clinical interests include care across the life spectrum, pediatrics, chronic medical conditions, procedures, and inpatient medicine. She loves the opportunity to care for multiple generations of families and to partner with patients and families to meet their health goals.

Dr. Collins did her family medicine residency at the University of Washington. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Washington, she practiced full spectrum family medicine at Community Health Center of Snohomish County. She enjoys living in Seattle where she has the opportunity to hike, explore local parks, and enjoy water and snow sports with her family.
