Work Conditions of Health Care Workers with Disabilities
Description:
Diversifying the health workforce is key to improving health care disparities and health outcomes among marginalized groups; however, little is known about the work conditions of health care workers with disabilities. This study will identify the work conditions (e.g., income, hours worked, and commuting distance) for health care workers with disabilities to understand potential barriers requiring remedies to enable their successful employment in the health care industry.
