COVID-19 Effect on Commuting Patterns of Allied Health Workers
Description:
This study will examine how commute patterns for allied health workers changed in the years since the start of the pandemic, which will inform policymakers and workforce planners about the availability of workforce supply and how the proximity of workers’ residence and work location, and forms of commuting transportation may vary among the occupations studied. This study builds on a prior UW CHWS study on commute patterns of allied health workers and studies that have leveraged public data to display allied health workforce characteristics on web-based dashboards.
