MEDEX Northwest hosted the PAEA Western Regional Consortium for PA educators over the weekend of June 26 – 28, 2015. This event was held at the University of Washington campus in Tacoma, Washington. The consortium included attendees from PA educational programs in the states of Arizona, Alaska, Colorado, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Washington and Wyoming. This year, the conference theme was inter-program mentoring and research and served as a venue to present current PA educational research, as well as forge inter-program collaboration in mentoring and scholarly work. Vanessa Bester, MPAS, PA-C served as coordinator of this successful event.
