How we eat can affect inflammation, and certain diets are more likely to decrease pain and other symptoms of disease. It is estimated that 60% of chronic diseases could be prevented by a healthy diet. (1) Not only can eating the right foods reduce the occurrence of inflammation in the first place, but it can also help to reduce and resolve inflammation that is already happening.
