Biography

Paula Kett supports research within the Center for Health Workforce Studies under the Allied Health and Health Equity grants. She received her PhD in nursing science and her MPH from the University of Washington. Her previous work includes mixed methods research focused on public health systems, public health nurses, the perinatal health workforce, and health inequities. She also has a background as a public health nurse, lactation consultant, and maternal health program manager.
