Wage Range: $ 210,000.00 to $ 260,000.00 annually, depending on experience
The Montana Family Medicine Residency program at RiverStone Health is seeking a highly qualified, experienced Residency Program Director to lead our ACGME DeWitt C. Baldwin, Jr. Award-winning residency team. One of the original teaching health centers in the US, and one of the first to be structured within a Community Health Center, the Montana Family Medicine Residency (MFMR) program offers a unique approach to teaching rural medicine and caring for underserved populations.
The MFMR Program Director plans, organizes, implements, directs and coordinates all activities of the family medicine residency program and performs related physician duties. Communicates and plans with our partners in the consortium, St. Vincent Healthcare and Billings Clinic, along with the RiverStone Health and residency governing boards, University of Washington, Osteopathic partners, and other institutions.
Strong leadership abilities, compassion, integrity, vision, and enthusiasm are necessary in his high-level leadership role.
Supervises Resident Physicians, Residency Faculty, Residency Administrator and Residency Program Coordinator. Must be board certified in family medicine, have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing outpatient and inpatient care, and minimum of 5 years of experience as a faculty member.

In addition to clinical education and services, RiverStone Health is the Yellowstone County public health agency, providing WIC services, environmental health, school nursing, health education, and the Ryan-White program. Nationally accredited Hospice and Home Care programs provide services to patients in multiple counties. About Billings, Montana and the surrounding area:
Billings is Montana’s largest city, with a population of about 105,000.
