Occupational & Environmental Medicine Fellowship – Seattle, WA

The Occupational & Environmental Medicine (OEM) program at the University of Washington has openings for a fellowship-type training program for 2021-2022. This two-year program is ideal for physicians who are completing a categorical residency in family medicine and wish to pursue additional training that will equip them for rewarding careers in areas such as academics, corporate consulting, public policy related to worker health, and clinical occupational medicine practice. Trainees in the program will earn a Master’s of Public Health degree and engage in a variety of internal and external rotations, including OEM clinics at Harborview, Kaiser, the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, and Hanford Nuclear Reservation. Completion of the training qualifies the graduate to sit for the certification exam in Occupational Medicine administered by the American Board of Preventive Medicine.
