Core Family Medicine Residency Faculty Physician with Surgical Obstetrical Skills. Valley Family Medicine Residency is an 8/8/8 program located in Renton, Washington, and established in 1985. Our faculty group includes seven family medicine faculty all who do full spectrum family medicine, two family physicians who additionally perform surgical obstetrics, as well as one Ob-Gyn, and one IM and one Med-Peds faculty. Our educational mission is to train our graduates to be competent in full-scope family medicine. Full-time position with ability to work less if desired, minimum 80% time. Our residency program is a member of the WWAMI Family Medicine Residency Network which also provides for the opportunity to participate in a one year faculty development fellowship program.
