The Six Building Blocks How-To Implementation Guide supports primary care clinics improve systems that support chronic pain care and opioid management.<\/p>\n

The How-To Implementation Guide offers two potential approaches<\/strong> for engaging in this work, depending on an organization\u2019s capacity and starting point. These approaches are described in the below table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
