The following resources support Practice Facilitators through helping clinics implement opioid management improvements using the Six Building Blocks. The Prepare & Launch Workbook<\/a>, Design & Implement Workbook<\/a>, <\/strong>and Monitor & Sustain Workboo<\/a><\/strong>k<\/strong><\/a> walk the Practice Facilitator through the steps of each implementation stage. These resources were developed for the comprehensive 9-15 month program, but can be adapted for providing tailored support as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also suggest using the Six Building Blocks Practice Facilitator Training Video Series and Discussion Guide<\/a><\/strong> to train Practice Facilitators in the knowledge and skills needed to facilitate implementation of the Six Building Blocks in primary care clinics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
