It provides breathing exercises to learn and practice the breathing technique.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.headspace.com\/headspace-meditation-app\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Headspace<\/strong>:<\/a> <em>Meditation app. The Basics course of this app is free and teaches the fundamental techniques of meditation and mindfulness.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stopbreathethink.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Stop Breathe Think<\/strong>:<\/a> <em>This app supports you with checking in with your emotions, and then recommends short, guided meditations, yoga, and acupressure videos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/franticworld.com\/the-three-minute-breathing-space-meditation-is-now-free-to-download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>The Three Minute Breathing Space<\/strong>:<\/a> <em>This 3-minute practice is great to use in the middle of the day, with stressful situations as they arise.
