\"\"<\/a>The University of Washington Center for Health Workforce Studies (UW CHWS)<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>WWAMI Rural Health Research Center (RHRC)<\/span><\/span><\/a>, has launched\u00a0<\/span><\/span>two new studies<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0in collaboration with the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Oregon Health Authority (OHA)<\/span><\/span><\/a> to examine Oregon\u2019s health care workforce needs and evaluate the state\u2019s provider incentive programs<\/strong>. Together, these efforts will result in two reports to the Oregon Legislature in January 2027. The projects aim to examine policy and programmatic influences on Oregon health workforce, provide an overview of the primary care, behavioral health, and oral health workforce groups in Oregon, conduct a formal evaluation of Oregon\u2019s provider incentives programs, and detail recommendations.
