This report documents a year of impactful research and collaborative problem-solving aimed at ensuring the U.S. health workforce is well-prepared, well-distributed, and equipped to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Research from the UW\u2019s HWRCs is featured in this year\u2019s report. The <strong>UW HWRC &#8211; Allied Health<\/strong> contributed <em>Impacts of Skilled Nursing Facility Change of Ownership on Staffing<\/em>, while the <strong>UW HWRC &#8211; Population Health<\/strong> is highlighted for <em>Understanding Career Pathways and Employment Experiences of Certified Nurse Midwives<\/em>.
