Each dashboard explores a topic \u2013 the supply of workers, aging trends or commuting patterns \u2013 that helps policymakers plan for an adequate workforce.<\/p>\n<p>The dashboards focus on allied health workers, which can roughly be described as healthcare workers other than physicians and nurses. The University of Washington Center for Health Workforce Studies has funding to study the <a href=\"https:\/\/familymedicine.uw.edu\/chws\/hwrc\/allied-health\/\">allied health
