Peggy Odegard, PharmD

    Vice Dean for Professional Pharmacy Education and Professor, Department of Pharmacy, UW School of Pharmacy 


    Biography:
    Peggy Odegard is the Vice Dean for Professional Pharmacy education at the University of Washington, School of Pharmacy and a Professor in the Department of Pharmacy. She is a pharmacist, diabetes educator, and nationally recognized diabetes care specialist, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy then Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Washington, after practicing in community and health systems practice for several years. Through her work as a clinician educator, her leadership of PharmD training and curricular innovation at the UW to promote advanced practice preparation, and research and service to the profession, Dr. Odegard has dedicated her career to supporting the development and growth of pharmacists and the advancement of the profession.
